World Arthritis Day!

In response to the significant number of people affected by MSK, the Welsh Government has co-produced the Quality Statement for MSK Health. The Quality Statement for MSK Health sets out the Welsh Government’s vision for the development of better MSK care throughout the life-course and across the whole of Wales. The aim of the conference was to gather key stakeholders, professionals, and organisations from the health and social care sector to address the challenges and opportunities in the field of MSK healthcare. The event welcomed keynote speeches from the Minister for Health and Social Services, the Chief Medical Officer for Wales and many others who showcased good practices and innovations in MSK healthcare across Wales.

CPNN+ PPIE funding competition announced!

APDP Annual Conference

The APDP Annual Conference will build on new and established collaborations, sharing knowledge and bringing together diverse perspectives across the broad range of disciplines and stakeholder groups. The academic programme will include Elevator Pitches (short presentations of key outputs from APDP community members) linked to poster presentations, two Plenary lectures, and workshops.

The annual meeting will incorporate a PPI/E agenda, with content selected by experts in public involvement and engagement together with diverse people with lived experience of pain. Academic and PPI/E agendas will converge or mirror each other, while separate components of the programme will also recognise the needs both for detailed technical discussion, and for presentations that are accessible to a diverse audience.

The Annual Conference is open to all members of the APDP community who are registered with apdp.sixcircles, and will complement other face to face events, including APDP-organised theme-specific workshops and training, and National and International conferences in which you are encouraged to take a leading role.
